An extremely frustrating experience you’ll get in this underground parking at Robson Centreplace. Upon returning to my car, I found the access door closed. After searching for another way in and failing to find one, I approached a security guard parked right outside the door. He denied knowing anything and told me to call GardaWorld - the company managing the parking. Pls! Just stop doing it and fix that system! I’m paying for my monthly parking pass for more than a year and half. But within this month, they wrote me three tickets already, wasting every single morning of my day just by calling their dispute service team! They promised me this won’t happen again this morning! They fix it! And another ticket appear on my vehicle this evening, if any of the management team is readying this, pls do something. This is only giving people headaches after a long day of hard work!

The lot is clean and well maintained. There is also a security guard always on duty watching through a window.
