Just amazing
Unfortunately I can’t speak to the customer service or the work, but I can speak instead to the lack thereof. I setup an appointment to get a flat fixed and when I showed up at 9:00 AM on Sunday for my appointment, no one was there. I tried to call multiple times to see if someone was running late, but no one even picked up the phone. Hopefully their car service is better than their customer service.
DONT COME HERE! I Took my rim here because it had 1 crack in it that needed to be welded. They told me they could do it. They took 2 days. They give it back to me and it looks fine and they said it was fine. Then the next morning it’s flat again. I tried to take it back. And they basically told me they won’t give me money back. Or won’t fix it anymore. So I’m out $180 and there’s more cracks on my rim then when I gave it to them. They made it worse and refused to fix it DONT COME HERE!
Rob is amazing. Highly recommend!! Fair prices, fast and exceptional customer service.
