Rob does sell used tires and throws in some bonus defects at no charge! Some of the defects are; dry rot, bubbles on the side wall, cuts in the side wall, cupped tires and a thug attitude. If you are looking for used tires this is not the place to go. Try Nester's in Bally, Pa. The owner, Brian, checks for defects prior to putting the tire on the rim.
