ZERO STARS! I had purchased four tires totalling over one thousand dollars from the shop under the previous ownership. When these tires were purchased the contract stated free lifetime rotation. I had been in under the new ownership once to get these tires rotated. The owners son tried to get me to pay for the service until I explained that I was guaranteed free lifetime rotations.
