I had an issue with a wheel bearing and needed to use the car to travel to Richmond VA the next day. He found another problem that put that trip in jeopardy. They were able to take care of it last minute the next morning in time for me to make the trip without issue. Good job Rob.

Have been to Robs multiples times and I promise they are the most reliable mechanics in the MOV, things get done in a timely manner and they always stick to their word. Would recommend to anyone and will use them as my primary mechanic from now on.

On a trip to the Ohio River on a Friday afternoon, my truck broke down on 77S. I googled shops near me, and Rob's Service Center came up. I called and asked if he could tow me in. He said yes. After talking and securing a ride for rest of my trip, I asked Rob if he could repair truck. He told me he could have it done the following Monday. i gave him permission to fix and call me when done.
