Customer service was pleasant but Would not give verbal Ballpark Quote on a direct question re: price to replace the alternator on my vehicle.i told him the price ranges I have been quoted at his competitors and he said it should be around there. He was close so I took a change and drove my car there first thing as opposed to the other quotes where price was stated upfront (lost a day). This is an excellent service center! The guys are very skilled, very honest and fair, and take time to deliberately develop good relationships with their customers. Wholehertedly recommend.
Good honest place to take your vehicle , friendly , all business just a good experience .
This is my second time to Rob's and they let me know price before doing work both times, very reasonable and timely, would recommend
