We were very pleased with the service we received from Rob’s Septic today. The technician, Angela, was very thorough and communicated throughout each step of the process explaining as she went. She was very patient and kind, too. It’s nearly impossible to find service like that these days. Thank you so much.

. We had a terrible experience with Rob’s Septic Tanks. We had our septic tank pumped yesterday, and by today we were already having the exact same issue again. When we called to explain what was going on, the owner got on the phone and was extremely condescending. He talked down to us like we had no knowledge of our own home or septic system. One of the best experiences of any business ever. I got 7 quotes and Rob's was the most expensive. But 3 of the other companies, asked how I know I need my drainage system replaced. When I told them Rob's emptied my tanks and told me, 3 of the competitors said that if Rob's says you need it, you definitely need it since they are so reputable.
