Like other reviewers I had Rob come out to give an estimate on a project we were doing. He gave me an estimate and asked for 50% up front for materials, which is fairly standard so I gave him the money. He then failed to show up to do the work for 2 weeks and I was forced to hire someone else to get the work done on time. He then only have half of my deposit back, it's been over 3 months and he still has half of my deposit. Is his license valid? Not according to the LNI website. I paid him to fix my leaky hose spigot. He also bent the rod of the spigot with his channel locks, and it was still leaking. Do not recommend him at all! I have sent him a message stating that he can mail me back my money. I will update this review if he refunds my money that he basically stole from me.

Disappointing because he never showed up to do any work. He came promptly for the initial troubleshoot, we tried to figure out the issue, he seemed vested, flaked a couple times, then ghosted. I am being generous and giving four stars because he was honest, but sad for him, someone else (honest as well) made some $$ and fixed the issue. Oh and he is surly like another reviewer said. Rob attempted to fix a leaky pipe, charged us $250 and left. 15 minutes later we called him back because the same pipe was leaking right below his repair. He said he would come back and never did. He never offered us the senior discount advertised on his website either. Besides that, he was surly.
