Had my mower in for a replacement cable and tune up. Was told it could take two days or two weeks. I called after two weeks, not to give them any trouble but to get a status update. I was told they didn't have my ticket in a folder so it must be with one of they guys being work led on right now. I was told they would call me when it was done.
