Damaged my good shun knife in a jetski accident. I didn't think it was saveable, however Rob was able to bring it back to better than new. He left a razor-sharp edge that I've ever been able to get before. The sharpening was so good, I even took my Global and Baccarat sets in for sharpening too.
I have had my knives sharpened by Rob many times and will continue to use his service. No matter what state I take my knives in to Rob, he always manages to return them razor sharp.
