Don't ever hire these people – Don't ever use this contractor. Over priced. Late. Poor workmanship. They were just supposed to do a simple grout job on my bathrooms. The woman I spoke with said it would be about 3-4 hours per bathroom. That sounded about right. I also specifically told her I wanted unsanded grout. That's what's in the bathrooms now, and the tiles are all set very close. This is all common knowledge. Overcharged, poor work, and dishonest – First off, I agreed to pay by the hour. The saleswoman said this usually cuts the cost by 1/3. This did not happen. The verbal agreement was to have two workers on the job, but when they showed up they brought three, wanting to charge me full price for three, and the third was essentially useless. I immediately called to complain about the extra worker I was being charged for, but they assured me the job would be done faster. This did not happen. not recommended, feel I was overcharged – Workmanship only fair (caulked over old caulk, didn't set nails on door trim), Charged 7.5 man hours labor to caulk around 8 windows and two sliding doors on a townhouse. Difficult to get them to return my calls. I won't use this company again and don't recommend anyone else use them. If you do decide to go with them, DO NOT choose the Time and Materials option. I did that and was surprised when they billed me so many man hours.

Terrible work, avoid this company – Terrible, terrible service. Did not do agreed upon work....overstated what they could do and then refused to provide refund when they were unable to complete repairs. Terrible and rude customer service. Stay away from this operation!
