I live nowhere near Lake Tapps. I was in the area and the hitch system i had, failed me. In a pinch I contacted Robert of Rob's Hitch & Trailer. Dude was incredibly helpful, patient (I'm new to this whole towing thing stuff) and knowledgeable. He knew what i needed and had me meet him at his garage. I recently had rob and his crew. Install a brand new sliding, fifth wheel hitch, and they did an absolutely amazing job! Rob was very informative and communicative during the whole process and made sure we knew how to use it correctly before we even left his shop! He made sure to answer any questions that we had and made sure we understood.It was okay to contact him if we have any more! I 💯 percent recommend him to anybody who wants good quality work at a competitive price. I will most certainly be returning in the future!

I can’t say enough about how good Rob is to his customers. We originally went through his company for a trailer brake controller and used him for a fix on our trailer. He kept me informed on all the updates, and was able to work with our schedule. Highly recommend, and will definitely return for future needs!
