DON’T GO HERE!!!!! 8/4/23 I had my brakes done last November (11/22) at Rob’s Complete Auto Repair in Algonquin, IL. He charged me $976.28 for front and rear brakes, which I thought was a little high. By July 2023 (only 4000 miles later) there was a noise so loud when the brakes were applied that I had to have it looked at. Rob couldn’t get me in, so I ended up at the dealer. They said the wrong pads were put on the rear brakes and the pads were put in the wrong positions, so they were slipping. I had to have the rear brakes... read more

Rob's Complete Auto Repair is an honest shop. They only tell you to fix what is necessary and do not force other services on you. Rob has excellent customer service skills and makes sure you leave satisfied. This shop cares more about building a relationship with the customer then generating revenue by emptying your wallet. These are the reasons I drive / tow my vehicles 30 miles to Rob's Complete Auto Repair to get them serviced.
They were very honest and they completed my car when they said they would I was very happy with the price Firestone told me double the price and they even let me watch him do it I'll bring my car here all the time so I think you should too have a good day
