Our 2024 Volvo XC40 was rear-ended by a driver who wasn’t paying attention. Through Volvo’s recommendation, we retained Rob’s collision service at the branch located in Frenchtown. I know nothing about cars, and the entire ordeal of conversing with the at-fault driver’s insurance company was very confusing, bureaucratic, and cumbersome. They kept my car for 2 months didn't do anything to fix it, there was a minor accidental damage on body. I got tired of following up and hearing the same script of part unavailability & lack of staff etc. I got tired & posted an unsatisfactory review, they fixed the car in 2 days… I picked up the car came home and realised after 2-3 days that they have made small scratches and small body paint dents with a key all over my car as a revenge for posting a bad review!! My vehicle was struck in the back, damaging the rear bumper and the liftgate. John at the shop was excellent throughout the entire process. His professionalism, communication, and years of work made my experience for repairs phenomenal. John was understanding of my overnight work schedule as he would leave voicemails and emails on updates. John guided me through the process with insurance.
