They kept my car for 2 months didn't do anything to fix it, there was a minor accidental damage on body. I got tired of following up and hearing the same script of part unavailability & lack of staff etc. I got tired & posted an unsatisfactory review, they fixed the car in 2 days… I picked up the car came home and realised after 2-3 days that they have made small scratches and small body paint dents with a key all over my car as a revenge for posting a bad review!! My vehicle was struck in the back, damaging the rear bumper and the liftgate. John at the shop was excellent throughout the entire process. His professionalism, communication, and years of work made my experience for repairs phenomenal. John was understanding of my overnight work schedule as he would leave voicemails and emails on updates. John guided me through the process with insurance. These guy are thieves do not bring your vehicle here they stole my key fob to my other vehicle that I left in the car when they were repairing it please stay away from this business.
