Rob was a wonderful person to deal with. He was thoughtful, punctual, and delivered what he promised. His refreshing of our carpets was excellent, eliminating wrinkles and stains and renewing the whole apartment. Rob is a really conscientious, positive person and it was great to work with him. He radiates positivity and that is refreshing these days!
