Got into a bind with our canopy rails, the screws were stripped and wouldn’t come out. Rob helped us out right away, was incredibly kind and generous with his time, and charged a very fair rate. Really appreciated his help when we needed it most. Highly recommend Rob’s Auto Shop!

My partner had an appointment but upon attendance the shop was found to be closed. A worker arrived, wearing the shop’s uniform, and while immediately facing him and asking him about the appointment the worker ignored us completely and drove his car in the bay. Unprofessional and rude behavior.
Do not go to Rob's Auto. We wish we had read all of the other awful reviews as we have experienced exactly the same issues as others clearly have. Limited knowledge, terrible customer service, zero communication and no accountability. We came here to get an issue with our transmission diagnosed and Rob stated with confidence that we needed a certain part to be replaced and quoted us $1200 for the replacement (most of this was labour). Left my car at 8 when they opened, came back at 5 when they close to get it, they hadn't even looked at it. Took my business elsewhere.
