Do not go to Rob's Auto. We wish we had read all of the other awful reviews as we have experienced exactly the same issues as others clearly have. Limited knowledge, terrible customer service, zero communication and no accountability. We came here to get an issue with our transmission diagnosed and Rob stated with confidence that we needed a certain part to be replaced and quoted us $1200 for the replacement (most of this was labour). Left my car at 8 when they opened, came back at 5 when they close to get it, they hadn't even looked at it. Took my business elsewhere.
Fast friendly service
I was having some electrical problems in my vehicle and after being turned away by a number of other mechanics in town Rob spared me some time on the phone initially and then offered for me to drop by so he could take a quick look. He quickly identified a possible cause and provided me a recommendation to replace this part. He was 100% correct and I was back on the road in no time!
