Never I'd never heard of this company before, but I couldn't have asked for better service. I hit a deer on the turnpike late one night, and before I knew it, the tow truck had arrived. The driver was incredibly professional, patient, and kind. He never rushed me, made sure I had everything I needed before leaving, and even offered to drive me all the way to Elizabethtown—about an hour away. After a white Knuckled Drive to Pennsylvania, in my RV, knowing that I was due for a tire blowout, I called every commercial truck mobile repair service in the Philadelphia area. None would come out to help me and most Repair shops were closed the next day. I headed home to Missouri and my tire blew out about an hour from Philadelphia on the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Two flats, on the turnpike, 4 hours from home… a true nightmare! Chuck quite literally came to my rescue. He went above and beyond a tow, ensuring that my situation would not be taken advantage of at the tire center. Can’t thank him enough for all his help!
