Helpful, honest, friendly business
Today, we want to give great thanks and appreciation to all the staff at Rob’s automotive services! My wife, Lindsay works at Erin District High School but commutes from Guelph. They fixed Lindsay’s flat tire after 5 pm when they had already closed so that she could drive home safely! We are so grateful she didn’t have to drive home on the spare tire donut, especially given the snowy icy weather. Many thanks!
I will update with a better review if we can make it right. I am a fair and patient person. I have waited a long time to post this review to make sure it's warranted. They are kind, reassuring, and helpful - and were quick to book appt but: They provided a safety for my car through a dealership in August. They missed several things. I had to replace my own headlight bulb x1, turn signal x2. Missing these is an immediate fail for safety. They did not recommend replacing SEVEN year old tires with dry rot.
