Scott and Mason are truly amazing. I had gotten a flat tire around 1 AM and Subaru Roadside Assistance had me waiting almost 2 hours for someone to then tell me I need to call someone to tow my car. I called Rob’s and not only did Scott pick up immediately, but Mason came in 18 minutes. This was my first time with a flat tire and pulling over and I was very scared. So my son bought his 1st car a 2003 nissan 350z & the ac wasn't working so I thought if I brought it to robs they could solve the problem but I later found out they didnt want to fix it or couldn't but they charged me $450 just to tell me they couldn't. The lady didn't want to give me some sort of discount on the diagnostic & thats all I got. so I brought car to nissan & they told me it was a switch that had to be replaced. so because they couldn't fix it they still got $450 out of me....
