John came and picked us up nice and speedy when we broke down on the turnpike. Not only was he super friendly and helpful, but he helped keep us calm with his humor and all the great work he did. Great service, give that man a raise!

I am very grateful to not only Rob's Collision but especially to Adorna. Adorna is kind and well experienced in collision service as well as understanding what the driver is going through. Everyone here is friendly and understanding and non-judgmental.
