Rob’s has been a critical component of taking care of my customers for a while. They do great work, for a great price, and they are a small, local business, which I am all about. 10/10 recommend
Horrible didn't fix my vehicle very bias type of guys. I literally watch them take 5 weeks on my vehicle and still didn't get the correct parts for my vehicle. Oh and they broke a few other things on my vehicle before giving it back I wouldn't recommend them period go at your own risk.
I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an auto body shop. They gave me multiple quotes and it was keep changing for the same parts, and once my insurance company got involved, the price mysteriously increased without any communication to me or my insurer. When I went to pick up my car, the final cost was again higher than expected, and no one had informed me. They were also extremely sketchy about providing supporting documents to insurance, which made the entire process feel shady and deceptive.
They lie. Don't keep promises. There is no such thing as a warranty for their work. When you pick up your car it's done. They are very polite and friendly when they want to get the job. Mediocre results after that. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! I repaired my rear bumper here in June. I picked this body shop because they give a lifetime warranty for their work.
