I got 2 tires and got them mounted and balanced for what the other shops would have charged me for one tire ....I would recommend robs auto to anyone
I absolutely feel you should go to Robs first before you waste your money elsewhere. Mr Rob is the only mechanic( out of 3 for same problem) that took the time to actually find the issue and fix it. The secretary is extremely friendly and knowledgeable as well. All around great experience.
Had bad wheel wobble, mechanic had me throwing on parts testing it out myself instead of looking more deeply. He said it could be this or that but never verified, said my wheels were fine but I could literally see them wobbling on the tire balance machine. So I replaced them and it partially fixed the problem, he test drove my car really hard even when I said stop. Made a huge mistake today. The rear driver side window on my Lexus GX 360 got stuck halfway and wouldn’t open or close. I heard a big klunk too. Took it to the Lexus shop this morning. After a two hour wait I was told the window regulator was broken and had to be replaced …. For $1380!!! Stunned, I called my old reliable mechanic in Nicholasville for a seconds opinion. I found out about Robs because the lady technician Sarah told me how they abhor devious tactics that scam people out of money. She assured me I wouldn’t find better quality work at a lower price. She was right!! Robs Auto Repair was the lowest estimate I received. They scheduled me immediately and had me done in no time! I highly recommend!!
