Do not take your vehicle here. My daughter took her vehicle there to be looked at. Not only did they take a long time, but her vehicle was robbed of tools and an expensive stereo system after they left the vehicle unlocked on their property. No accountability.
Mark and his mechanics have always done a fantastic job working with me and making sure all work is done correctly. Highly recommended for all mechanical needs!!!
I had my vehicle there for an engine noise. They diagnosed and performed the repair, costing $2500. The repair took days longer than was originally stated. When I got my vehicle back, the noise was still there. I gave it a few days and the noise was still present. I called and they said to bring it back. It should not be hard to look up a simple pricing for a simple hitch assembly job..... the fact you have your only pricing worker gone for almost a week is ridiculous and shows the lack of work effort and professionalism.... definitely going to lose business with this one.
The guys at Rob’s got our family in to repair our air conditioner at a moments notice. They were kind and helped us get back in the road so much more comfortable and allowed our family vacation to continue with ease.
