Last night I was on I-29 when it closed, and it had to be some of the worst weather I’ve ever driven through. My dash showed an issue with my tires, so I called first thing this morning to explain what happened. They immediately told me to head over and they’d take care of it. When I say these guys are the BEST, I mean it sincerely. They checked everything, filled my tires, and even cleared the extremely thick layer of ice from my car and wheels after last night’s storm. Best mechanic in Watertown
While travelling down the I-29, all five bolts on a tire snapped simultaneously. We managed to safely maneuver to the side and arranged for a tow. Not being from the area, a local resident suggested Rob’s Auto to do the service. I am very glad Rob’s was suggested as Mark and the team were courteous, quick, and fairly priced. I highly recommend Rob’s for your vehicle service.
Out of town visiting family- experienced major truck trouble that could have derailed the whole trip. Rob got us into his schedule and did a fantastic job. This is the 2nd time in a few years we have taken our out of town vehicles to him and both times we walked away wishing we knew a mechanic like him back in our hometown. Thanks so much!
Do not take your vehicle here. My daughter took her vehicle there to be looked at. Not only did they take a long time, but her vehicle was robbed of tools and an expensive stereo system after they left the vehicle unlocked on their property. No accountability.
