While travelling down the I-29, all five bolts on a tire snapped simultaneously. We managed to safely maneuver to the side and arranged for a tow. Not being from the area, a local resident suggested Rob’s Auto to do the service. I am very glad Rob’s was suggested as Mark and the team were courteous, quick, and fairly priced. I highly recommend Rob’s for your vehicle service.
Out of town visiting family- experienced major truck trouble that could have derailed the whole trip. Rob got us into his schedule and did a fantastic job. This is the 2nd time in a few years we have taken our out of town vehicles to him and both times we walked away wishing we knew a mechanic like him back in our hometown. Thanks so much!
Do not take your vehicle here. My daughter took her vehicle there to be looked at. Not only did they take a long time, but her vehicle was robbed of tools and an expensive stereo system after they left the vehicle unlocked on their property. No accountability.
Mark and his mechanics have always done a fantastic job working with me and making sure all work is done correctly. Highly recommended for all mechanical needs!!!
I had my vehicle there for an engine noise. They diagnosed and performed the repair, costing $2500. The repair took days longer than was originally stated. When I got my vehicle back, the noise was still there. I gave it a few days and the noise was still present. I called and they said to bring it back. I brought it back and they said they couldn’t hear it. I know this was a lie. Two more time I brought it back and the kept saying there was no noise.
