The best shop I've been to. Rob was able to figure out the problem and fix it in less than a day, and was very willing to work around my schedule. I highly recommend this place.
They had my wife's Honda pilot towed in there the other day and he diagnosed it same day and I got the car back on the same day he's an awesome guy to work with I'd highly recommend it to anybody I just moved up this way and I lost my old mechanic so I'm sure glad I stumbled on to Rob he seems to know his things we will be dealing with him again we own two vehicle
Never went here for auto work before but he did pull my car out of a ditch in the middle of a snowstorm when he just happened to be driving past. A five star google rating is the least I can do, if only as a testament or character.
My Honda pilot broke down in Berlin on a saturday morning,gave Rob a call a hour before he opens and to my surprise he answered. He was on his way to madison,so we arrange a time to diagnose the car when he returned. He quickly used his electrical meter to determine the altanator had failed.He found parts and he installed it for us in a timely fashion.Also he did this outside in Feb. because his garage bays were full.Great hard working guy.Very personable also.
