Rob, Allison and their team saved the day yesterday by letting me use 2 unexpected cancellations when my check engine light started flashing. I was in Westport on Easter vacation from NJ and was told not to drive my ML 350 4 Matic. Rod squeezed me in for a ignition coil, spark plugs and thermostat and got me back on through road the Same Day! Kudos to Rob and Allison for bailing me out while 5 hours from home!
I have a great relationship with Rob and his team. Do all of my work on 3 cars. 2 Audi’s and a Ram truck.
Rob saved me $2,500 +/- on my 2021 Ram 1500 V8 with E-TORQUE when my alternator needed replacement. I stead of just fixing it, ge looked into it and got it covered under the emissions warranty. The dealership didn't even tell me about this. Great service. They can fix anything. I highly recommend Rob's Auto Care.
