2025 Update: once again I’m very satisfied with the service from the technicians. Aidan and Tom - highly recommend. They quickly identified the issues (furnace and A/C, offered options with excellent explanations and were able to fix everything the next day). Great service. The dispatch call center are not very friendly (they don’t sound too happy about getting more business), but don’t let that put you off, the technicians are worth a little abrupt phone mannerism.

Matthew was our technician and he was great. He explained everything to us and when we had another problem he helped us to get everything done.... which was a lot as we had to get an emergency shut off done for the water. Matthew helped us with all the steps to get our water back on. Thanks so much for your patience and support Matthew

Brandon just finished servicing our AC and furnace, and I gave him five stars—but if there were six, he’d get those too. He’s one of those people who walks in with a grin that makes you think, “Okay, this guy’s going to be good.” And he was. He knows his stuff, works efficiently, and somehow manages to talk thermostats and ductwork without making your eyes glaze over.
