Don’t waste your money. The quality is very poor. I bought two vacuums from this company, and both stopped working after about 10–12 months. Customer support was also unhelpful and didn’t provide any real assistance. Very disappointing experience. I wish I could give them zero stars. 0
Do not waste your money on buying from this company. I purchased a pool vacuum from their company through Amazon. The purchase was made in February 2025. Today is January 14, 2026. The pool vacuum I purchased was advertised on Amazon with a 12 month warranty. Additionally, the manual that comes with the pool vacuum Also states it comes with a 12 month warranty. Seauto makes the worst pool cleaner in the market! Seauto pool cleaners only last 2-3 months before breaking. Seauto does not honor their warranty either. I spent months trying to get a replacement unit without getting a new unit. Seauto only makes their cleaners to last just beyond Amazon’s return/ refund date, so Amazon doesn’t help you get a replacement unit/ refund from Seauto because the Seauto pool cleaner lasts just past Amazon’s refund period. We discovered an internal part that is completely corroded and rusted. For a machine that does its work submerged in water, this SHOULD NOT happen. I contacted the company. Mind you, we’ve had this less than two years. Warranty is 2 years. The company said it was a misprint in the manual and the warranty is good for only 1 year. Seauto is a dishonorable company. They do not stand behind their warranty and respond to messages or phone calls. My Seauto Seal failed inside the warranty period but the seller has done nothing to help me.
