Bought a Seauto through a 3rd party. Stopped working after 11 months. Have tried every possible avenue available to me to get a replacement under warranty. Communications started OK now they just don’t respond to any communication. Now about to give up. Just be aware folks they are probably the worst customer service department I have ever had the misfortune to encounter.😡
Purchased a set 20 Pro CO2 pool cleaner. Failed in less than a year. Contact is Seattle warranty department through emails and phones the girls answer the phone all the time but never do anything about the warranty I've called 15 to 20 times email five or six times and never a response back and they keep saying will expedite your request. Don’t waste your money. The quality is very poor. I bought two vacuums from this company, and both stopped working after about 10–12 months. Customer support was also unhelpful and didn’t provide any real assistance. Very disappointing experience. I wish I could give them zero stars. 0
Do not waste your money on buying from this company. I purchased a pool vacuum from their company through Amazon. The purchase was made in February 2025. Today is January 14, 2026. The pool vacuum I purchased was advertised on Amazon with a 12 month warranty. Additionally, the manual that comes with the pool vacuum Also states it comes with a 12 month warranty. Seauto makes the worst pool cleaner in the market! Seauto pool cleaners only last 2-3 months before breaking. Seauto does not honor their warranty either. I spent months trying to get a replacement unit without getting a new unit. Seauto only makes their cleaners to last just beyond Amazon’s return/ refund date, so Amazon doesn’t help you get a replacement unit/ refund from Seauto because the Seauto pool cleaner lasts just past Amazon’s refund period.
