We discovered an internal part that is completely corroded and rusted. For a machine that does its work submerged in water, this SHOULD NOT happen. I contacted the company. Mind you, we’ve had this less than two years. Warranty is 2 years. The company said it was a misprint in the manual and the warranty is good for only 1 year. Seauto is a dishonorable company. They do not stand behind their warranty and respond to messages or phone calls. My Seauto Seal failed inside the warranty period but the seller has done nothing to help me.
This company is a scam. The robot dies after 18 months and they don’t honor their two year warranty. TOTAL TRASH!
"F" rated on the BBB. I agree with the negative reviews. This company is selling you junk. It will not last. BUYER BEWARE!
Buyer beware. These pool vacs can be found on Amazon and lots of other locations. Vacuums don’t last. Company does not honor their warranty and gives you the run around. If I could give it negative stars I would! Been emailing the company for over 4 months now and they keep asking over and over for information that I keep sending to them, same info every time. China company so what did I expect!!
