I had also failed hair transplant with Dr.Rome. He seems like a nice guy but did very poor job. I do not recommend Artas robotic to anyone.

I have only called this office for a consultation. There is no Free Consultation, you have to pay $150 for a consultation which will then be applied to the cost of the procedure. I will give a complete review of this place if I have a procedure done there. The person answering the phone is very friendly, helpful and professional. I would advise this office to consider Free consultations in order to stay competitive in the marketplace.

In November of 2018 Dr Rome treated me for hair restoration. He explained to me, that he would see full results of my procedure within 10-12 months. Initially I felt as my results were very promising. After the hair grafts fell out I felt less confident in my results. Dr Rome assured me that it was completely expected for the hair grafts to fall out me but stated that he was confident that the new hair would be healthy & full in a proceeding months. I have been and it is not as it represents itself on line . Luxury is a goal to be achieved but it poses for now, the women who run the desk couldn’t be more efficient and polite ...however I was one if two clients that day . I don’t usually write reviews, right?. I decided to have a hair transplant procedure because about 12 years ago I had had a transplant that did not work. I am not bald but have thinning hair which has bothered me for years. After that bad experience, I was very apprehensive until I read about the Robotic procedure.
