Concur with all the recent 1 star reviews. Bought a pool robot, took 4 weeks to ship and no response to any enquires on where the goods were. Arrived without a charger and no response to tech support asking where the charger is. Also the phone number is non existent and no one answers or responds to voicemails left. Avoid this company at all costs, wish I did my homework and looked online at the reviews before I purchased. Will be reporting them to consumer affairs.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - it is a SCAM. Highly recommend reading other reviews which show a common theme of lies and behaviour identical to what I have experienced. I purchased a LG-D8 + tower on-line and after nearly a month of being told the item has shipped (to an address only 20mins away), provided fake shipping / tracking numbers (of which the original still says “getting ready to ship”) and refusing to accept cancellation of the order and give a refund on the basis that the item had been shipped, I still ... read more
I purchased a MOEBOT The product itself was good, it took some setting up as you need to bury the wire in the yard to create it's circuit. Its battery wasn't quite big enough to do my entire backyard so it used to go to charge before returning to finish mowing. It would sometimes struggle with dips in the ground. Paid for goods one month ago and received an order confirmation (automated) but no goods delivered or communication received since. Have contacted the seller 3 times and have received no communication back. Have now gone to my bank and Visa for charge back. Stay away, as I think this company may have gone belly up, but still taking customer's money..
UPDATE CHANGING MY REVIEW FROM ORIGINAL BELOW as of 16 Aug 25: LEGEE D8 This company has the worst after sales customer service I have ever experienced. The product itself is great when it works, it is when you need parts or service that it all falls down. I spoke to a representative at the Melbourne Home show earlier on in the year about an issue we were experiencing and he promised he would get back to me and talk me through some fault finding the following week.
