Not even half a star is valid for these guys. How do they exist as a company when they provide zero service. Very happy to take your money for the product but then when it stops working.......that's it. Zero response, zero customer service. Stuck with a machine that doesn't work
Even 1 star is way too much. Do not buy from this sham of a company. I've been scammed $800 for the Poolbot 150 model. Worked for a year and will not turn on....sits on charge with the 3 green lights but will not work!! so frustrating and it is still under warranty. Customer service is NIL. When calling the phone number you speak to an AI bot and produce a "ticket" for your troubleshoot. What a crock! They do not get back to you.
