$1,100 Stopped working 9 months in: Robot My Life Ghosting Warranty Claims I purchased a PoolBot B300 for $1,100, which has now completely stopped working. I initiated a warranty claim and was asked by the 'support team' to perform several technical tasks, including inspecting the fan motor and power switch and pulling the device apart. I bought one of these for $4000 it went great for few months then it stopped working the rep was good and they replaced the mower . It went great for 7 or 8 months then the rear mower started playing up . It wouldn’t drive . For weeks I couldn’t get the rep to answer phone and I didn’t get reply’s from there email service . Then my wife ran over the back of the mower with our golf cart . They then agreed to rep the rear motor at my cost of $636 I agreed and dropped it of . Zero customer service. Several phone numbers listed for the business. Ends up with a message saying to email them. No response to emails. Website advertises same day shipping. This isn't the case. At this point I'm convinced I've been scammed out of $3,000 and nothing to show for it.
This place is a scam. Do not buy from them. Have given 1 star as I can’t select 0 stars. Purchased poolbot b150 7th September 2025 has never worked properly. Ordered at the start of November - got an email saying it was on back order. Asked for a refund as it was a present for someone and heard NOTHING for 4 weeks. Heard back a week ago asking if I wanted to keep my order as they were “nearly ready to ship”. Said I wanted a refund and heard NOTHING again. Dont use this company. They clearly use the money people pay to place a bulk order to China and dont let consumers know etas. Going to ACCC
