It's been almost two months still haven't received product.
When the Poolbot B150 worked, it was good. The problem is that it stopped working after less than a year. No problem, right, it comes with a 2 year warranty - so I reached out to the support team to troubleshoot the issue, get it fixed or replaced. That was in November 2025. Worked well for a couple of months then just nothing. I have since read online that this is what happens with this product. Do not purchase. Company does not respond despite numerous efforts. This is the standard with this company, I’ve now found, after researching online. The product has a two year warranty, but what use is that if they will not speak to you? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
The worst company to deal with nobody answers the ph there is no support, I would request every body who has purchased thier product, which have stopped working to file a complain with Victorian consumer as I have done.
*Consumers Beware* I purchased the solar pool skimmer in Oct 2025. The unit didnt connect to IOS or Android app. Then in Dec 2025 the unit broke down. The motor that drives the internal paddle stopped. The unit has a design fault and pool water will eventually get in. I emailed the company in early Jan. NO REPLY.
