Disappointing experience due to poor communication and dismissive customer service. We were genuinely excited to visit Robolights with our family (a group of 8, including 4 kids). Before making the 30-minute drive from our resort, we checked Google, which showed the attraction was open and closing at 5PM—nowhere did it clearly state that appointments were required.
