Really bad customer service . I wrote an intricate email regarding my account and how I just couldn't login one day because it said my password was wrong(mind you I was just playing the game the day before). I had deleted the email linked to my account and my phone number isn't linked to it so I can't send a verification code, but I have a video and pictures to prove that it's my account yet they still won't address my issue and instead they respond with the same generic steps like I didn't know it already.
