The staff at Roblin Animal Hospital are amazing! Reception and medical staff are always friendly, thorough with their examinations and really take the time to explain medical issues so that you fully understand what is going on with your pets.
Our dog ran into a porcupine recently which was very painful and required several visits to the vet. We have been very happy with the care and compassion shown by Dr. Kusa and the team at Roblin Animal Hospital. Dr. Kusa has been very competent throughout this ordeal and the service charges have been reasonable and fair. Our dog is getting much better and we're thankful !
We’ve had great experiences at this hospital with excellent staff and wonderful doctors like Dr. Bularca and Dr. Reboja. They have always treated our dogs with professionalism, respect, and genuine care. Unfortunately, our two experiences with Dr. Kusa were completely different. First visit: Our dog was in significant pain, yet the doctor gave no explanation or treatment plan. The staff always show kindness, professionalism and understanding knowing our pets are family. I have never been rushed into decision making and always appreciate the time they take to discuss my dog’s health concerns. I highly recommend Roblin Animal Hospital.
I’m amazed at the good reviews. Nothing personal, but the Dr. we saw lacks a certain self awareness. Let the animals owners speak. You interrupted often, and didn’t have the common sense to pause and invite us to circle back on the topic we’re trying to discuss. I had to politely ask that you let my wife say something. Not good. Worse, you suggested a 12 year old unfixed male dog with zero health issues be castrated. As I said to you: not a single vet has ever raised this as a problem.
