The manager or whatever she is, is very rude, racist and discriminatory towards others. Can’t even have a decent conversation with someone without making accusations towards people. Since the time she called me she was very rude and belittled me so much.
I have lived in this community for many years and I can honestly say that It has definitely changed for the better. I have seen the most positive change since Theresa has been in management. She actually cares for her tenants & has made our community a safe one to live in. Mary (Maintenance) is very passionate in what her job entails, she is always on top of her game . She always does it courteously and swiftly. Service is Top Notch. I highly recommend Robledo Ridge for your residential needs.
Manger is kind and answers calls promptly and takes care of work orders asap. Maintenance excellent in fixing the problems with the complex. Responds as soon work order received. It is a peaceful community complex. Thank you Robledo Ridge for customer service and keeping the complex excellent grounds, parking.
Robledo Ridge is a wonderful neighborhood. Having small kids the traffic is low and the playground is perfect. The property manager is great, very friendly. Thank you to the maintenance she is fast and reliable with any repairs needed.
