Travis was very helpful and respectful. He helped with a not so common issue and got out office up and running again! Travis went out of his way understanding we had patients in the office and we were trying to keep on schedule. Travis came in before hours so the issue could be taken care of
Our service tech came out to do a valve replacement in order to install a new shower faucet. He only had one very cheap chrome shower valve on his truck, so we had to run to the hardware store to get anything else. We got the most expensive one Home Depot had. We gave the whole box to the tech with the instructions. Our tech charged us several thousand dollars, broke through the tile, replaced some of our old plumbing with PEX, installed the valve, left until the tile could be replaced, and told us to call when we were ready... read more
