(Change from 1 star back to 5 star review.) I was overcharged for a toilet replacement. Robeson Plumbing manager (Tom) reached out and refunded me for the unfinished work and parts. Thank you Tom ! Robison wanted $1,127 to replace a toilet. They charged me $888 to remove an old toilet and deliver a new one. Nothing was installed. The new toilet is still in my living room. If you want a consummate professional to work on your treasured home, call Robison. From our first contact with their Office I knew we were dealing with a profession company. Normally I do as much maintenance of my home as I am competent to do. This plumbing problem could easily have been a big problem and I deferred this task to Robison. Jesse, our technician, was not only skilled and professional, but also funny and easy to work with. He took the time to really understand the issue and fixed it quickly.
