Trying to cancel but being ignored and sent a reminder to show up, making all the way from North to be here, only to be told that no doctor and the reminder was sent automatically. That's very irresponsible and rude, no double checking, kinda forcing the customer to show up but refuse to provide the service. You could have sent a text or email or called to double check or let me know that my cancelling text works. Spared all the time made all the change but got nothing, wasted a whole afternoon because of your misduty.
The staff doesn't check insurance policies properly and have told me certain procedures would be covered or partially covered, but were NOT and I ended up paying full price. Staff was friendly and reimbursed what insurance payout would've been. Will need to verify on your own with insurance before having a procedure done.
I went in today to get a partial crown and was admittedly nervous of the pain and the sound of the drill. Dr Larece and Adriana made me feel VERY comfortable from the very beginning- getting the shot to numb my mouth, the sound of the drill and getting the crown I felt NO pain. At the end I said: That was A wonderful experience!! Uneventful and Easy. Much appreciated and HIGHLY recommended. They were great!
Noel and Adriana are very kind and considerate. I had a lot of work that needed to be done and they both were super attentive to whatever I needed.
The experience is always great here, I have been coming to this dental office for five years. Everyone is super nice and welcoming!
