Was a guest at my father's residence there and from my experience its pretty ridiculous. The manager lets his grand daughter do whatever she wants in the park, including making up slanderous insulting lies about residents family and even going as far as to put those lies in writing and threaten to evict people over nonsensical fabrication. Its not a bad place as long as you don't mind people gossiping and ganging up on people like its a high school locker room
Terrible management and keep raising rent for no improvement.
