I have lived here for 2 years now and I love it. The only problem is the dumpsters are at the front of the complex so if you live in the back it’s a little walk. Also it seems like there are a few small plumbing/construction/carpenter/moving companies that love to dump their trash at our dumpster. Not only does the dumpster meant for residents get filled quickly but overflow 2 days after pick up. Was looking into these condos but the exterior looks horrendous from the pictures online. I do notice complaints from 4 years ago about this, wonder if these are old photos and they've actually did work and improved the outside.
