I like my apartment and landlord. But the HOA here kinda sucks, the pool has never been able to be used In the 3 years living here, there is no amenities in the club house, there is no community center to be able to connect with neighbors and get to know anyone, the basketball court is raggedy and the playground is piss poor. For the ridiculous rates the HOA charges the landlord whom own our units, it’s ridiculous the lack of amenities provided for the community tenants in Robinwood. I have never seen such a worst HOA. There is no way to contact them. They do not have any resources to reach out to them. The management is staying away from the office.
