I will leave a more lengthy & detailed review after we move out in November, but long story short this has been the WORST place I have ever lived. The HOA/Management don't give a shit about cockroaches but will tell you to remove things from your porch per policy. Why is it not policy to make sure your buildings aren't infested with bugs? I like my apartment and landlord. But the HOA here kinda sucks, the pool has never been able to be used In the 3 years living here, there is no amenities in the club house, there is no community center to be able to connect with neighbors and get to know anyone, the basketball court is raggedy and the playground is piss poor. For the ridiculous rates the HOA charges the landlord whom own our units, it’s ridiculous the lack of amenities provided for the community tenants in Robinwood.
