THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM! Stay far away from this business, they use COVID 19 as an excuse to not deliver on their promised delivery dates. They will have you waiting over a year for furniture and REFUSE to offer cancelations or refunds because they have embedded a covid clause into their contracts. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
I am writing to complain about a purchase made at Thomasville Furniture, now known as Robinson’s home furnishing in Fresno California. I was looking for a sofa and had my on a Lexington Sofa that was in the store. I watched the price for a few months, visiting the store often. In July 2020, I visited the store and was advised by Hanan, sales person that the owner was willing to lower the price of the sofa as he needed to make room for other items.
