I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I had a horrible experience when they replaced my bathtub with a walk-in shower. 1) The job took 3 days instead of 1. 2) Measurements were all wrong, so my tub and drywall were removed before I was told that they did not have a shower kit that would fit the space needed.
