Our A/C stopped working one weekend in the hottest part of the summer !!! We called several A/C repair services and Robinson Heating & Air was the only one who called us back the same day !!! They even came out on Sunday to diagnose the problem. Mathew is very knowledgeable & zeroed in on our A/C problem & fixed it . Great service & fair prices !!!! Would definitely recommend !!! Thank you Robinson Heat & Air !!!
They have serviced our unit in 2021 and 2022, dye was supposed to have been placed in the unit in 21 to help locate a leak, could not get them back out to actually locate the leak spent just under $200. Got them back out in 22 they recharged the unit spent just over $400. This year had another company out located two leaks sealed and recharged the unit.
I called last Friday and spoke with Matthew. He said he was driving and asked me to text him my address and phone number. He said he would call me on Tuesday due to his schedule. I did as asked. It is now the following Wednesday, and I have not received ANY communication. So much for dependability.
We called several places to get quotes. Robinsons was the only one who mentioned up sizing due to vaulted ceiling. Comparing info that we got from other companies, this young man sounds like he had more experience and knows what he is doing in the heat/air business. We had them install a heat pump in a new build.
