Since l have first been there to look at the bikes , then book a test ride , then buy and part exchange my older bike , l have found it a chilled out , very professional , well organised shop with the staff very helpful with any questions or queries , go out of their way to help you and just really pleasant people . I recommend it to anyone , l travel across from Medway to use the shop , also there is a burger and coffee bar right outside . Whats not to like ?
Just had my Indian serviced at Robinson the foundry and what a great service they provide, I did have a couple of issues which the fix very quickly and professionally they even lent me a bike to get home with. Thanks to Luca, Tony, Dave and Alan for going that extra mile. Mark.
What a fantastic dealership. Had my Suzuki services today. The mechanic spoke with me prior to any work being carried out to ensure they addressed any additional issues I had before they began work. Also chatted at the end. Awesome experience!
