Mrs.Kayla Miller, We do not have any record of you under your name as being customer in either of our stores. Obviously we would like to know more about the clothing. Time? Date? Ticket number? a month ago? It is really impossible to rectify any of these statements without good information. You have made accusations about our business and we would like resolve this issue with you. You should call us or stop by so we can see what can be done. Thanks RC

I frequent RIP's and decided to try a dry cleaner closer to home. About a month ago, I brought in three of my husband's brand new, never before washed Columbia and Ralph Lauren shirts. To my dismay, I picked them up a size smaller. Yes, every one of them shrunk. The sleeves and shirt length are now too short and are all tight in the belly. So very disappointed. Thought they were great, but when you ask a good, repeat customer to go home to print a coupon they forgot, it shows no loyalty towards a good customer. I walked and it was like "no problem, go elsewhere", which I did!!
