Quick to respond, friendly to work with. Went above and beyond on my repair. I got in sooner than expected and it was also finished sooner than expected. My truck looks great !!
My Ins. Co. was using fear tactics to get me to go with there "preferred shop" which is a nationwide chain. I like to spend my money at local privately owned places. Brian personally called me and explained what they were doing to a tee. He talked me down from the ledge and got my business where I wanted it in the first place.
