I picked Robinson’s after having a terrible experience at the big local dealership. Finding a local repair shop/ mechanic that does excellent work with prices that are fair and reasonable is hard to find. Robinson’s friendly staff and communication was refreshing. This is a place I truly trust and will be bringing all my vehicles here for service. I would highly recommend them.
If I could give zero stars I would. This people did such a terrible and unprofessional work on my truck. My experience here was so bad I can’t believe this people are still in business. Had an appointment at 8:30am for a simple break inspection, no one communicated with me throughout the day. I had to come in at the end of the day 4pm to find out what was going on, just to find out they couldn’t preform a simple break inspection. And they charged me a ridiculous amount. Poor quality work. Overcharged on used parts. Awful customer service. Owner needs anger Management immediately.
This is the kindest business I’ve ever had the pleasure to have been involved with. They have all went way beyond the usual scope of business to help me. I am grateful for their support, service and professionalism!
