I brought my car in due to shuddering and an engine light I was charged $1500 to diagnose and fix what they told me it was. They fixed nothing and replaced parts I already changed out. After bringing it back again because it still wasn’t working, they refused to look at it again unless I am to get a new turbo because without looking at it again they claim my turbo broke. I picked Robinson’s after having a terrible experience at the big local dealership. Finding a local repair shop/ mechanic that does excellent work with prices that are fair and reasonable is hard to find. Robinson’s friendly staff and communication was refreshing. This is a place I truly trust and will be bringing all my vehicles here for service. I would highly recommend them.
If I could give zero stars I would. This people did such a terrible and unprofessional work on my truck. My experience here was so bad I can’t believe this people are still in business. Had an appointment at 8:30am for a simple break inspection, no one communicated with me throughout the day. I had to come in at the end of the day 4pm to find out what was going on, just to find out they couldn’t preform a simple break inspection. And they charged me a ridiculous amount.
