Best auto shop experience in decades. This is the first time I had work done that wasn't at an Land Rover Dealership, never going back to LR. Came in with mechanical and electrical issues. I am so delighted... they were also able to smog and register my out of state LR 4 and save me a trip to DMV. Every one there, are quite personable, helpful and professional. My favorite was the mechanic. I feel totally secure with this facility, also nice knowing all labor and parts come with a 36K Napa warranty. Christopher........
**Five stars for Robinson Automotive!** We were in a stressful situation after getting an oil change from another shop in Tahoe, only to discover—while driving down Highway 50—that the dipstick had been broken during the service. I brought my car in due to shuddering and an engine light I was charged $1500 to diagnose and fix what they told me it was. They fixed nothing and replaced parts I already changed out. After bringing it back again because it still wasn’t working, they refused to look at it again unless I am to get a new turbo because without looking at it again they claim my turbo broke. I picked Robinson’s after having a terrible experience at the big local dealership. Finding a local repair shop/ mechanic that does excellent work with prices that are fair and reasonable is hard to find. Robinson’s friendly staff and communication was refreshing. This is a place I truly trust and will be bringing all my vehicles here for service. I would highly recommend them.
