They offer extended warranty, but they don't issue it. They run it through a third party company called bolttech. If this is the case, at least educate your employees on how to contact bolttech. If the 3rd party service is dogwater, then isn't Robinson's Appliances accountable to help the customers, since the customers are the ones who availed extended warranty on THEIR branch. Alas, the employees know not a single thing about bolttech. THEN DON'T OFFER EXTENDED WARRANTY you donuts. Absolute cinema
