Bryan is very knowledgeable at his craft!! Bryan helped with my knees, he really knows how to communicate and relay information that I could understand. I would highly recommend his services!!
I worked with Bryan for a full session this year. WFH makes me sitting too long. I lost whole body strength, especially in legs, and also gained weight. Bryan first asked my goals (lose weight and build up strength) and had me tested. Then he made a detailed plans tailored to my needs and focusing on different trainings.
