Every time I visit the shop I always feel welcomed by Chris and Rafael- They are a top rate shop that offers the best customer service all in a tidy, dialed shop. Wheel building, did I mention that? Oh Chris... when are you building my next wheel set?

Chris Robinson is one of the most professional and knowledgeable guys around. He builds very nice wheels that they sell quite reasonably and they do first rate mechanical work. Highly recommend this store.
We call Chris Robinson our Derailleur Whisperer. He is always helpful and can quickly assess any issues we have with our bikes, whether mechanical or fit. We've sent countless people to his shop and him for professional bike fits on bikes they didn't buy from him. Every single person came away a happier, more informed and far more comfortable rider.
I am a fair weather bike rider and when I took my old hybrid in for a tune up, Chris didn't recommend it. He said by bike was so old, with even older parts, that I would do better to buy something new. I really appreciated his expert opinion and willingness to guide me to a new bike, even if not from his shop. I couldn't have asked for a better experience--outstanding customer service with outstanding bike knowledge. I donated my old bike and bought a new-to-me bike that I'm thrilled with!

Check out the retro helmet with racquetball Goggles, 1 inch travel Mag 20 Rock Shocks.
