Jim was very helpful in preparing my father’s funeral arrangements and answered all of our questions to make the process as easy as possible. Mitch was there the day of the services and kept us informed and helped us keep everything organized-from the flowers to the service and then to the cemetery. Mitch went above and beyond when he realized we had left behind a cooler at the funeral home. He drove to the township hall where we were to drop it off to us.

Jim and the staff made this heartbreaking time A little more bearable. Every interaction was conversational with sympathy and professionalism. In making our decisions it felt like we were sharing my husbands life with him. This made any decisions that needed to be made easier and appropriate. Guests also commented on the experience.

Walker Funeral Home in Oak Harbor did a wonderful job when my mother passed. From having her brought from Dayton to the final internment, everything was perfect. They even altered the route to the cemetery last minute to go past the old family farm. Both Delaney and Mitch were very understanding and informative every step of the way. They made a difficult occasion much easier. I would highly recommend them.

We can't be more pleased by how Jim Ridener and the staff of Walker Funeral Home in Oak Harbor handled the arrangements for our son Sean. They covered every detail along with a way to broadcast the service for those who were unable to attend. They made a difficult time in our life go as smoothly as possible.
