Interesting, I was the woman bitten by the dog today. I came on here to leave a bad review and see that the vendor who witnessed the altercation already did so on my behalf. The bite was minor, just a few scratches and a big bruise but that is not the reason I am writing this review. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DOWNRIGHT CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR!! I would have given them NO stars, but YP wouldn't let me. The woman at the front desk is not only rude, but blatantly hateful. And despite what their site says, DO NOT take any animals in there! Terry (the owner) has a pit bull that roams the lobby freely and BITES! The woman at the front gets angry and belligerent if you complain about the dog BITING YOU.
THIS BUSINESS IS ONE THAT NEEDS TO BE VISITED. THEY ARE FRIENDLY, ON ON POINT WITH THE PROBLEMS RELATED TO THE CAR. THEY ALWAYS HAVE SOMETHING FOR THE GUEST FROM CANDY TO COFFE, FOLLOWED WITH A SMILE.
The sop has a clean appearance and availible parking. The staff is very friendly and knowledgible. The techs are very helpful and attentive, they informed me off a leak and took time to show me the cause. They cleaned off grease on doors and hood which is a great change from normal oil changes. Terry (The shop manager) was very funny informed me of maintnance options. I will return soon and think this will be my new shop since new to Powder Spring/ Atlanta. Visiting You Soon
