absolutely terrible!! took my van in yesterday morning at precisely 8 a.m. only wanted to have an alignment done but was told 20 minutes later that my tie rods were worn out and needed to be replaced. the lady told me that it would take probably 45 minutes to get the parts and she had called them at 8:30. they did not show up with the parts until 10. they began working on my van but then stopped at 10:30 to help another customer with a tire. another delay. they began working on my van again around 10:45 a.m. and the guy told... read more
